The shop owner was very friendly and agreed to make it, even sending me a message with a photo of the felt color she planned to use. It arrived well before Christmas all the way from Italy, which surprised me as I placed my order some time in December. When I opened the package, the ornament exceeded my expectations. It is the perfect addition to our Christmas tree.
